Treatment Process:

The system uses a “zoned collection + multi-stage purification + compliant discharge” process, adapted for workshop production. By combining fixed and mobile collection hoods, dust is captured at the source; large particles are removed by primary inertial settling, followed by deep filtration of fine dust using high-efficiency filter cartridges. Purified air is discharged through a 15-meter exhaust stack, equipped with intelligent monitoring and ash-cleaning functions to ensure stable system operation.

Treatment Effect:

The system achieves a dust removal efficiency of no less than 95%, with emission dust concentrations far below national limits, complying with environmental standards. Dust concentration in the workshop area meets standards, significantly improving the environment. Harmful components in dust are effectively removed, ensuring employee occupational health.
