Treatment Process:

The system adopts a “source collection + two-stage purification + compliant discharge” process, tailored for sandblasting workshop scenarios. Dust is collected at the source through a sealed sandblasting room with a negative pressure dust collection device. Large particles are removed via primary settling, followed by deep filtration of fine dust using high-efficiency filter cartridges. Purified air is discharged through a dedicated exhaust duct with intelligent cleaning and monitoring functions, ensuring stable operation and reducing operation and maintenance costs.
