The procurement and installation project of pulse jet baghouse dust collectors for Gangnuo New Materials (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., undertaken by Beijing Lifeng Zhitong Environmental Technology Development Co., Ltd., has been successfully completed and passed final acceptance. The complete dust treatment system has been officially put into production operation in the factory.

Targeting the dust control demands under casting working conditions, this project is equipped with multiple sets of pulse jet baghouse dust collectors and dust piping systems integrated with PLC intelligent electric control systems. All equipment is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the signed technical agreement as well as relevant national and industrial standards for environmental protection, quality and safety. Featuring outstanding dust capture and purification performance, the system effectively controls dust generation points during production, with emission indicators complying with requirements specified in the Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants.

We delivered one-stop turnkey services covering equipment supply, transportation, on-site installation & commissioning, operational training and after-sales support.
