In June 2026, the large-scale integrated spray & baking booth relocation, renovation, installation, and commissioning project undertaken by Beijing Lifeng Zhitong Environmental Protection was officially implemented.

The entire integrated spray & baking facility along with its associated exhaust gas treatment system were designed and constructed in strict compliance with multiple national standards, including JB/T 11613-2013 "Technical Conditions for Spraying and Baking Booths", GB 14444-2025 "Technical Safety Requirements for Spray Booths", GB 6514 "Safety Code for Coating Operations – Safety of Coating Processes and Their Ventilation & Purification", and AQ 5215-2013 "Test Methods for Safety Performance of Spray Booths".

The project involved creating a dedicated fixed integrated spray & baking booth specifically tailored for aerospace composite material coating processes; during this relocation and renovation, only the original steel structural framework was retained, while all wall panels, the complete exhaust treatment system, the constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system, and the intelligent electrical control system were newly installed and customized. The equipment suite is capable of supporting various processing conditions—including painting, cleaning, and drying of aerospace components—with all parameters (temperature/humidity, ambient illumination, and noise levels) fully meeting regulatory requirements.

The enclosed chamber structure completely encloses the work area, efficiently capturing paint mist and volatile organic compounds throughout the painting process. All waste gas collected is delivered to a dedicated rear-end waste gas treatment device for deep purification. The emissions meet dual standards: the national standard Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants (GB16297-1996) and Tianjin local standard Emission Control Standard for Volatile Organic Compounds in Industrial Enterprises (DB12/524-2014).

The equipment’s intelligent control system is easy to operate with low daily maintenance costs. Its outstanding noise reduction, temperature and humidity control performance fully guarantees workshop operation comfort and protects the occupational health of frontline operators.

The fully enclosed integrated structure eliminates unorganized fugitive VOC emissions at the source, thoroughly solving common industry pain points such as odor diffusion in aerospace coating workshops, incomplete waste gas collection and difficult environmental supervision. The project has been fully completed and delivered, and all coating procedures meet safety production specifications, as well as all requirements for occupational health management and regular online environmental monitoring.
