In May 2026, the project of retractable paint touch-up booth and supporting RTO waste gas treatment system for Boeing Composite Materials (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., undertaken by Beijing Lifeng Zhitong Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., officially started construction.

The entire equipment set is designed and manufactured in strict compliance with the standards GB 14444-2025 "Safety Technical Requirements for Spray Painting Rooms", GB 6514 "Safety Regulations for Painting Operations", and AQ 5215-2013 "Test Methods for Safety Performance of Spray Painting Rooms".

This system is specifically designed for repainting composite components. Its retractable, sealed structure fully encloses the work area while efficiently capturing paint mist and volatile organic compounds generated during painting. The collected emissions are then directed to a rear-mounted RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) unit for advanced purification.

The exhaust emissions meet both national requirements under the Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants (GB 16297-1996) and Tianjin's local standard, the Control Standard for Volatile Organic Compounds Emissions from Industrial Enterprises (DB12/524-2014).

The equipment is simple and convenient to operate, with low daily maintenance costs, and its overall operating noise level is controlled at ≤75 dB(A), ensuring both comfort in the workshop environment and occupational health protection for frontline personnel.

The retractable structure offers flexible adaptation for workpiece handling and placement, effectively preventing uncontrolled emission of exhaust gases at the source. It addresses the challenges of strong odors and difficult exhaust gas collection and control in painting workshops, ensuring that all painting processes comply with safety production standards, occupational health regulations, and routine environmental monitoring requirements.
