The painting, grinding and sandblasting room and environmental treatment equipment project of Qinhuangdao Tiantuo Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd., undertaken by Beijing Lifeng Zhitong Environmental  Technology Development Co., Ltd., has successfully completed installation and commissioning. The integrated dust and waste gas treatment system has been officially put into regular production in the factory.

Focusing on the composite surface treatment processes including painting, grinding and sandblasting of locomotive heads, this project delivers a customized integrated closed purification solution. The complete system consists of closed operation room enclosure, dust removal units, organic waste gas treatment equipment, outdoor units and electric automatic control supporting systems. 

All equipment is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with environmental protection standards for locomotive manufacturing, integrated dust removal specifications for painting and sandblasting, as well as relevant safety standards for dust and waste gas treatment. The system meets multiple requirements including efficient dust capture, organic waste gas purification and workshop operation safety. It adapts to continuous synchronous operation of multiple working procedures and fully satisfies the factory’s environmental emission control requirements.

The whole construction process was carried out in an orderly manner, and construction as well as overall commissioning were finished on schedule. Since being put into operation, the system runs steadily with consistent dust and waste gas treatment performance. All indicators comply with production and environmental specifications.
