The spray booth project of AECC Harbin Dongan Engine Co., Ltd., undertaken by Beijing Lifeng Zhitong Environmental Technology Development Co., Ltd., has successfully passed completion acceptance. The complete spray booth system has been officially put into production.

Located in Pingfang District, Harbin, the complete equipment consists of booth body, air supply system, paint mist filter unit, VOCs waste gas purification equipment, pipelines, electric control system and explosion-proof system. The equipment is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with supporting spray equipment standards for aero-engines, VOCs waste gas purification specifications and military coating safety & explosion-proof standards.

The waste gas collection efficiency, purification performance and noise indicators of the system comply with relevant national and local standards. It is well adapted to the spraying working conditions of military and aviation parts, meeting multiple requirements including spraying operation safety, workshop ventilation and compliant treatment of organic waste gas. The project has been fully accepted. After commissioning, the equipment operates stably and reliably, winning recognition from the client.
