the clean grinding booth project for the Aerospace Materials and Technology Research Institute, undertaken by Beijing Lifeng Zhitong Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd., has completed equipment installation and commissioning as scheduled and been officially put into operation. Two sets of largescale compositematerial clean grinding booths have been delivered to the owner for longterm production.

The project comprises 2 sets of clean grinding booths, They are mainly used for largescale compositematerial grinding processes and can accommodate both automatic and manual grinding operations. The grinding booths adopt a drytype dustremoval method. A complete dustremoval system consists of outdoor fans, dustremoval filters and indoor collection devices, realizing integrated functions of dust collection, filtration and discharge. The booths feature an enclosed purification structure, mainly including the booth body, dustremoval system, outdoor units and electrical control system. With filtration efficiency ≥99 %, filtration precision ≤0.3 μm, and treatment air volume of 110000 m³/h and 130000 m³/h respectively, the main duct air velocity reaches 1520 m/s, fully meeting environmental protection and occupationalhealth requirements for aerospacegrade compositematerial grinding workshops.
