Recently, the retractable mobile grinding dustremoval system equipment project for Shanghai FRP Research Institute Co., Ltd., undertaken by Beijing Lifeng Zhitong Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd., has completed equipment supply, onsite installation, commissioning and completion acceptance. The full set of retractable mobile grinding dustremoval system has been officially delivered to the owner for onsite production.

This retractable mobile grinding dustremoval system is specially designed for dust collection generated during compositematerial grinding process, including putty dust and glassfiber reinforced resinbased composite material dust, with pneumatic grinders as grinding tools. The system can capture most of the grinding dust, purify dust through filter units, and discharge qualified gas at high altitude. It effectively improves workshop working environment and meets occupationalhealth protection requirements for operators.

Designed and manufactured in strict accordance with standards for compositematerial processing dustremoval equipment, safety specifications for retractable dustremoval booth structures and national standards for dust purification efficiency.

The project provides onestop services including equipment manufacturing, onsite installation, completemachine commissioning and operator training. Installation, commissioning and acceptance have been completed. The equipment operates in good condition and receives satisfactory feedback from onsite operators.
