The Spray Booth Project of Jiangsu Sieyuan Hertz Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd., undertaken by Beijing Lifeng Zhitong Environmental Technology Development Co., Ltd., has completed installation and commissioning of all facilities and successfully passed completion acceptance. The integrated spraying and waste gas purification system has been officially put into regular service for surface spraying procedures of high-voltage AC & DC instrument transformers.

The complete set of facilities consists of spray booth main body, dry filter unit, activated carbon purification unit, air supply & exhaust system and supporting automatic control system. All equipment is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with standards for spraying equipment supporting high-voltage electrical products, specifications for dry filtration & activated carbon purification devices and environmental safety standards for industrial coating. Tailored to the spraying working conditions of high-voltage transformer workpieces, the system comprehensively meets requirements of paint mist capture, organic waste gas purification, coating operation safety and compliant pollutant discharge.

Since commissioning, the airflow inside the spray booth remains stable, the two-stage purification system for paint mist and organic waste gas operates steadily with excellent waste gas purification efficiency. All indicators comply with environmental control requirements for industrial coating. Featuring stable and reliable long-term operation, the whole set of equipment has gained recognition and favorable comments from the Owner.
