Recently, the procurement and installation project of completeset spraying production line equipment for Gansu Jiantou New Energy, contracted by Beijing Lifeng Zhitong Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd., has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of all equipment and passed completion acceptance. The full production line has achieved stable commissioning and been delivered to the owner for longterm production.

The project consists of integrated complete coating equipment for sandblasting, painting and drying, together with supporting transfer tooling. The whole production line realizes continuous automatic circulation and processing of workpieces. Equipped with a comprehensive wastegas and dust purification & treatment system, the waste gas is treated to meet emission standards, satisfying both productionprocess requirements and workshop occupationalhealth operation standards.

Adopting the standardized EPC turnkey generalcontracting model, the project delivers onestop fullrange services covering solution customization, equipment manufacturing, transportation & installation, completeunit commissioning and operator training. All equipment is implemented in strict compliance with national specifications for coating and environmental protection, suited for the harsh working conditions of largescale production of newenergy enterprises. The equipment operates smoothly after delivery. All performance indicators meet the client’s requirements and have received unanimous favorable feedback.
