Recently, the spraying production line manufacturing project for Tianjin Liansheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., contracted by Beijing Lifeng Zhitong Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd., has successfully completed the fullset equipment manufacturing, onsite installation and commissioning, and passed the completion acceptance. The complete hanging paintspraying and drying assembly line has been officially delivered to the owner for production.

The equipment of this project is the hanging paintspraying and drying assembly line, Model LFZTXG99. The complete production line consists of hanging conveyor, preheating chamber, paintspraying booth, flashoff chamber, drying chamber, catalytic combustion wastegas treatment equipment, exhaust system and electric control system. With a total guide rail length of 99 m and 33 groups of transport trolleys equipped, the workpiece traveling speed ranges from 0 to 6 m/min. It realizes integrated automatic operations including continuous workpiece spraying, flashoff and drying. Equipped with a supporting catalytic combustion wastegas treatment unit, the collected spraying waste gas is treated to meet discharge standards, taking into account production efficiency, coating process quality and workshop environmental protection & safety requirements.

The project is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with national standards for spraying assembly lines, specifications for catalytic combustion wastegas treatment equipment, and safety standards for hanging conveyor systems. Fullprocess services including equipment manufacturing, onsite installation, completemachine commissioning and operator training are provided. After delivery, the equipment has passed acceptance and operates in good condition. All performance indicators satisfy the customer’s production requirements and have won recognition from the client.
