The Waste Gas & Dust Collection and Purification Treatment Project for Workshop 102/104 of Aerospace Changzheng Ruite Technology Co., Ltd., undertaken by Beijing Lifeng Zhitong Environmental Technology Development Co., Ltd., has finished installation and commissioning of all equipment and successfully passed completion acceptance. The integrated waste gas and dust treatment system has been officially put into regular operation for supporting production procedures of space launch vehicles.

The integrated system of this project consists of waste gas & dust collection unit, purification equipment, ventilation pipelines and supporting automatic control system. All facilities are designed, manufactured and constructed in strict compliance with technical specifications for environmental treatment equipment of aerospace industry, national standards for industrial waste gas and dust purification devices, as well as military environmental safety requirements. Suited for collaborative treatment of mixed waste gas and dust generated during aerospace product processing, the system meets requirements of operational safety, high-efficiency pollutant capture & purification and stable compliant operation.

Since commissioning, the integrated waste gas and dust treatment system operates steadily with stable and reliable collection and purification performance for waste gas and dust. All indicators satisfy environmental control standards for military industry production. The project has passed acceptance smoothly with favorable long-term operating performance, winning full recognition and positive feedback from on-site workshop staff and the Owner.
