The project of Polishing and Dust Removal Workshop for AVIC Armor Technology Co., Ltd., undertaken by Beijing Lifeng Zhitong Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd., has completed the installation and commissioning of all equipment and successfully passed the completion acceptance. The complete set of dust treatment facilities has been officially put into regular operation for the polishing and processing procedures in the workshop.

The complete facilities of this project consist of enclosed housing, operation workbenches, dust removal and filtration devices, ventilation pipelines, electrical control systems and explosion-proof protection systems. All equipment is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with manufacturing standards for dust removal equipment supporting military industries, safety standards for dust purification and explosion protection, as well as relevant specifications for industrial dust removal devices. It adapts to the working conditions for collection and treatment of dust generated during workpiece polishing, and meets the requirements of workshop explosion-proof safety, efficient dust capture and stable purification treatment.

After the project is put into operation, the dust removal system operates under stable working conditions with favorable effects of dust capture and purification. All indicators including dust treatment load, operating noise and internal illumination satisfy the requirements of production operations and environmental protection management and control. The equipment runs stably and reliably for a long term, successfully passes the acceptance by the owner, and gains recognition and favorable comments from the owner entity.
