The Laboratory Environmental Facilities Project of Beijing Tianrendaohe New Materials Co., Ltd., undertaken by Beijing Lifeng Zhitong Environmental Technology Development Co., Ltd., has completed the installation and commissioning of all equipment and successfully passed the completion acceptance. The complete laboratory waste gas treatment system has been officially put into daily scientific research operation in the laboratory.

The complete set of equipment for this project consists of waste gas collection and conveying system, waste gas purification unit, air exhaust system as well as supporting explosion-proof safety automatic control system. All facilities are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with relevant standards for laboratory waste gas treatment equipment, explosion-proof safety specifications and Beijing Municipal Emission Standard of Air Pollutants (DB11-501-2017). Tailored to laboratory waste gas treatment working conditions, the system comprehensively meets requirements for operational safety, waste gas collection & purification, and compliant emission.

Since commissioning, the whole system operates steadily with stable waste gas collection and purification performance, and noise indicators meet application requirements. All parameters comply with local environmental emission regulations. The equipment comes with a two-year warranty. Featuring stable and reliable long-term operation, the project has won full recognition and favorable comments from on-site staff of the Owner.
