The Spray Booth Construction Project for the workshop of Hesteel Primetals Technologies Service Co., Ltd., undertaken by Beijing Lifeng Zhitong Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd., has completed the installation and commissioning of all equipment and successfully passed the completion acceptance. The complete spray booth system has been officially put into regular production operation in the workshop.

The full set of equipment for this project consists of three core modules: fixed spray booth enclosure, professional air supply and exhaust system, and VOCs waste gas treatment unit. All equipment is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with manufacturing standards for environmental protection equipment in the metallurgical industry, safety and explosion-proof specifications for spray booths, and general technical conditions for VOCs treatment equipment. Fully adapted to the spraying operation scenarios of metallurgical workpieces, the system satisfies multiple requirements including safe production, workshop ventilation and compliant waste gas treatment.

After the project commissioning, the spray booth features stable ventilation circulation and complete explosion-proof safety configurations. The organic waste gas treatment system operates efficiently, with all indicators meeting the requirements for spraying production and environmental emissions in the metallurgical industry. The equipment runs steadily and reliably, earning full recognition and favorable comments from the owner.
