The complete set of spraying production line equipment procurement and installation project for Anshan Boiler Factory Co., Ltd., undertaken by Beijing Lifeng Zhitong Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd., has successfully finished full equipment installation and commissioning and passed the final acceptance. The entire spraying production line has been put into stable production for long-term operation by the client.

This project is equipped with two core coating facilities: a retractable mobile painting booth and an automatic painting line, supported by an integrated system covering workpiece conveying, paint mist recovery, constant-temperature drying and waste gas purification. The whole line is fitted with automatic robotic spraying units together with dedicated paint recycling structures. Its drying system adopts natural gas heating for precise temperature control. A combined purification process of water curtain pre-treatment plus activated carbon adsorption is applied to treat paint mist and organic waste gas. All equipment is designed and manufactured in strict compliance with national and industrial general standards for environmental protection equipment, as well as safety specifications for coating production lines and VOCs emission control standards.

After delivery, the equipment operates stably and reliably. All processes including automatic spraying, constant-temperature drying and waste gas treatment fully meet the mass coating production requirements of boiler workpieces with steady compliance to emission standards.
